Terms and Conditions for the Legal Quiz Competition
Registration
1.1. The registration fee for the quiz is ₹501 for class VI, VII, VIII and ₹701 for class IX & X per participant.
1.2. The registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
1.3. Participants must complete the registration process by the specified deadline. Late registrations will not be accepted.
2. Examination Rules
2.1. The quiz will be conducted on OMR sheets, and participants must carefully follow the instructions for marking their answers.
2.2. Any misconduct, including cheating or tampering with the OMR sheet, will lead to immediate disqualification.
3. Schedule and Venue
3.1. The organization reserves the right to change the exam schedule, venue, or time at any moment without prior notice.
3.2. Participants will be notified of any changes through the contact details provided during registration.
4. Viewing OMR Sheets
4.1. Participants can challenge or request to view their OMR sheet after the quiz.
4.2. A fee of ₹500 must be paid for each challenge or request to view the OMR sheet.
4.3. Requests to view OMR sheets must be submitted within a specified time frame after the results are declared.
4.4. The organization’s decision regarding challenges will be final and binding.
5. Fee Payment
5.1. All payments must be made in full and through the specified methods provided by the organizers.
5.2. Once a payment is made, it cannot be refunded or transferred to another participant.
6. Participant Responsibilities
6.1. Participants must bring valid ID proof and their admit card on the day of the quiz.
6.2. Arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time. Latecomers may not be allowed to participate.
7. Liability
7.1. The organization is not responsible for any personal belongings lost or misplaced at the venue.
7.2. The organization will not be held liable for delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, including natural disasters or technical issues.
8. Disqualification
8.1. Failure to comply with the terms and conditions will result in disqualification without a refund.
8.2. The use of unfair means or disruptive behavior will also lead to disqualification.
9. Result Declaration
9.1. Results will be announced on the date communicated by the organizers.
9.2. The decision of the organizers regarding scoring and ranking will be final and cannot be contested.
10. Agreement
By registering for the quiz, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Non-compliance may result in disqualification or penalties as deemed fit by the organizers.

1. पंजीकरण
1.1. क्विज में भाग लेने के लिए ₹ ₹501 for class VI, VII, VIII and ₹701 for class IX & X का पंजीकरण शुल्क देना होगा।
1.2. पंजीकरण शुल्क किसी भी परिस्थिति में वापसी योग्य नहीं है।
1.3. पंजीकरण प्रक्रिया को निर्दिष्ट समय सीमा के भीतर पूरा करना अनिवार्य है। समय सीमा के बाद पंजीकरण स्वीकार नहीं किए जाएंगे।
2. परीक्षा के नियम
2.1. क्विज ओएमआर शीट पर आधारित होगा। प्रतिभागियों को उत्तर चिह्नित करने के लिए दिए गए निर्देशों का पालन करना होगा।
2.2. किसी भी प्रकार की अनुचित गतिविधि, जैसे धोखाधड़ी या ओएमआर शीट से छेड़छाड़ करने पर तुरंत अयोग्यता घोषित कर दी जाएगी।
3. परीक्षा की समय-सारणी और स्थान
3.1. संगठन परीक्षा की समय-सारणी, स्थान या समय में बिना किसी पूर्व सूचना के बदलाव करने का अधिकार रखता है।
3.2. पंजीकरण के दौरान प्रदान किए गए संपर्क विवरण के माध्यम से प्रतिभागियों को किसी भी बदलाव की सूचना दी जाएगी।
4. ओएमआर शीट देखने का अनुरोध
4.1. प्रतिभागी परिणाम घोषित होने के बाद अपनी ओएमआर शीट को चुनौती देने या देखने का अनुरोध कर सकते हैं।
4.2. प्रत्येक चुनौती या ओएमआर शीट देखने के लिए ₹500 का शुल्क देना अनिवार्य होगा।
4.3. यह अनुरोध परिणाम घोषित होने के बाद निर्धारित समय सीमा के भीतर किया जाना चाहिए।
4.4. चुनौती पर संगठन का निर्णय अंतिम और बाध्यकारी होगा।
5. शुल्क भुगतान
5.1. सभी भुगतान निर्दिष्ट विधियों के माध्यम से और पूरी राशि के रूप में किया जाना चाहिए।
5.2. एक बार भुगतान करने के बाद, इसे वापस या किसी अन्य प्रतिभागी को स्थानांतरित नहीं किया जा सकता।
6. प्रतिभागियों की जिम्मेदारियाँ
6.1. प्रतिभागियों को परीक्षा के दिन वैध पहचान पत्र और अपना प्रवेश पत्र लाना होगा।
6.2. परीक्षा शुरू होने से कम से कम 30 मिनट पहले स्थान पर पहुंचना अनिवार्य है। देरी से पहुंचने वाले प्रतिभागियों को प्रवेश नहीं दिया जाएगा।
7. देयता
7.1. आयोजन स्थल पर खोई हुई या गुम हुई व्यक्तिगत वस्तुओं के लिए संगठन जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा।
7.2. अप्रत्याशित परिस्थितियों, जैसे प्राकृतिक आपदाओं या तकनीकी समस्याओं के कारण होने वाली देरी या रद्दीकरण के लिए संगठन उत्तरदायी नहीं होगा।
8. अयोग्यता
8.1. नियम और शर्तों का पालन न करने पर प्रतिभागी को बिना किसी रिफंड के अयोग्य घोषित कर दिया जाएगा।
8.2. अनुचित साधनों का उपयोग या अव्यवस्थित व्यवहार भी अयोग्यता का कारण बनेगा।
9. परिणाम घोषणा
9.1. परिणाम आयोजकों द्वारा घोषित तिथि पर प्रकाशित किए जाएंगे।
9.2. अंकन और रैंकिंग के संबंध में आयोजकों का निर्णय अंतिम होगा और इसे चुनौती नहीं दी जा सकती।
10. सहमति
क्विज के लिए पंजीकरण करके, प्रतिभागी इन नियमों और शर्तों का पालन करने के लिए सहमत होते हैं। गैर-अनुपालन की स्थिति में, आयोजकों द्वारा प्रतिभागी को अयोग्य ठहराया जा सकता है या दंडित किया जा सकता है।
